STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) instruction is a forefront for our students at Washington Mill. Our students participate in a variety of scientific experiments, engineering design challenges, coding projects and robotics activities. The students not only learn technical skills and methods but also practice the "soft skills" of planning, communication and collaboration. Teamwork and perseverance are emphasized as key components for success.
